There are many factors affect the quality of light fades led downlight. As you may know, the illumination effect of led downlight will decrease with the increasing time, which is also called light fade actually. In order to overcome this kind of problem and get a better led downlight or illumination effect, you are advised to pay attention to the factors below carefully.

First of all, the quality of the LED lamp bead is a very important factor that affects the led downlight light fade. As you may not know, the led chip has a low heat intolerance. Generaly speaking, it will be ok if it is occasionally heated over a hunderd degree. However, if heated at a high temperature over 100 degree for a long time, it will be a great damage to one of the led chip. Generally, normal thermal conductivity of epoxy resin is very small, so the chip center for white LED lamp temperature will exceed 80 degrees  when the temperature of led white lamp bracket is 45 degree. The led chip can't bear the high temperature when the led temperature node is 80 degrees, which will accelerate the speed of aging of the led lamp bead.

However, taking the crystal Yuan 14 mil white paragraph chip for an example, the light fade will be 70 percent after 1000 hours' use with the temperature of 30 degree when only one lamp lights up when the led lamp bead you use is glued by the general epoxy resin and white light rubber package. Well, the light fade will be 45 percent if the led lamp beads are packaged with D class glue; 12% light fade when using C class glue package; and only -3% light fade with the B class glue package and -6% light fade rate when using A class glue package. It is obvious that different packaging technology will lead to large difference and all can be attributed to the heat tolerance of led chip.

The center temperature will be 100 degrees when led chip is working, and 98% heat can be immediately exported by the support of the pin. As a result, it can decrease the damage from heat. So, it is obvious that the packaging technology of led lamp bead really affects the led downlight light fades.
